4 cups water, boiled3 tea bags - green or black15 whole clovesheaping 1/4 tsp cinnamonheaping 1/4 tsp cardamom
Directions
place herbs in infuser, add teabags
boilwater
pour over infuser
let steep 3-5 minutes
sweeten with xylitol to taste
add fat free half & half
