Ingredients
16 oz ground beef 15% fat16 oz ground turkey 15% fat1 cup dry quinoa3 pkg of Old El Paso mild taco seasoning4 cups water
Directions
Cook quinoa as directed (1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water) Mix turkey and beef together and brown; drain fat and put back into skillet. Add spices, 2 cups water and cooked quinoa.;simmer for 10 min or until all water is gone. cool and separate into 14 servings. Freezes well.
