Ingredients
onion small, 2 leeks,4 celery sticks, 4 carrots, 6 boneless/skinless thighs, white wine, stock cube, pasatta, herbs, water, salt n pepper
Directions
chop onions, leeks, celery and carrots and then sauté in pan to soften, put in slow cooker and chicken cut into bite size pieces, pasatta, stock cube, herbs and seasoning to taste, wine and water. Leave all day on low setting in slow cooker and come home to a warming lovely dinner .
