Single crust Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients
2 cups (about 12 oz) diced cooked turkey1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup2 lg eggs1 1/4 cups frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)1 pillsbury pie crust (just one for the top ..NOT both that come in the box)
Directions
Mix soup and eggs well, add chicken and veggies
Pour into pie pan
Place crust on top, fold edges over to make thicker on edge, just like a regular pie
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes

Serving Size: 1 slice (1/6th of pie)
