PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. LIGHTLY GREASE BAKING SHEET. HEAT CAST IRON SKILLET OVER HIGH HEAT FOR FIVE MINS UNTIL SMOKING HOT. MIX TOGETHER THE SPICES. OIL CHICKEN BREAST WITH COOKING SPRAY. THEN COAT CHICKEN WITH SPICE MIXTURE.
PLACE CHICKEN IN HOT PAN. COOK FOR ONE MINUTE, TURN, COOK ONE MINUTE ON THE OTHER SIDE. PLACE THE BREASTS ON THE PREPARED BAKING SHEET.
