Turkey curry soup

Ingredients
2 cups leftover turkey, chopped6 cups homemade turkey broth1 onion, sliced1 cup canned coconut milk1 cup wild rice/brown rice blend (cooked)1 tbsp. butter1.5 tbsp. madras curry powder1tsp sugar
Directions
Cook onion in butter until soft. Add curry powder and cook 1 minute, then add coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes on medium. Add broth, sugar and turkey and simmer for 20 minutes. Add rice and cook for a few more minutes before serving.
