Soyrizo, in the produce section.Onions, pureedBlack BeansCrushed TomatoesGarlicChili PowderSaltPepperOregano
Chop or puree onion and garlic. Sautee in olive oil until translucent. Add soyrizo package and blend together until desired doneness. Add 3 cans of black beans, liquid and all. Drain the 4th can of black beans and just add the beans. Add can of crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Add spices and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
For less tomato flavor, add diced tomatoes minus the water insted of the crushed tomatoes.
Makes about 16 - 1 cup servings.
