Matzah Balls

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup matzah meal2 tbsp water2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil2 large eggs1 clove minced garlic1 tsp salt1 tsp pepperdash of onion powder
Slightly beat egg. Add all other wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients and add to wet.
Stir until well mixed with no lumps.
Put mixture in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Boil 4 quarts of salted water.
Drop rounded balls about the size of small golf balls into rapidly boiling water.
Cover and simmer 25 - 30 minutes. Don't lift the lid during cooking.
Add to chicken or vegetable soup.
