Mock Jason's Deli Chicken Salad

1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, cooled shredded - white and dark meat, no skin with visible fat removed. (equals about 4 cups shredded chicken)1 cup sliced almonds (could probably do less, but I love almonds).1/2 cup pineapple tidbits in juice, drained but not dry.1 cup Miracle Whip Lite2 TBSP Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
Dump all ingreadients into a big bowl, stir, add salt & pepper to taste and enjoy! Better if chilled for at least 1/2 hour, but still tasty right away.
Makes about 8 servings of 1/2 cup.
