Zucchini Pancakes

Ingredients
1 c. zucchini, shredded3 eggs (or egg substitute)1/2 c. almond flour1/2 c. coconut milk1/2 c. walnuts2 Tbsp. coconut oil2 Tbs. coconut flour1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt2 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet. Mix well. Fry on griddle.
