Turkey, Barley, Veg Soup

Ingredients
1 turkey wing2 large parsnips, medium chop5 stalks celery, chopped 1/3c pearl barley4c beef brothUSE ORGANIC WHEN POSSIBLE
Directions
Throw it all in the crockpot! Turn it on High & let it do the rest of the work. Let it be for about 4hrs on High, check doneness of barley & cook longer if required. Turn crockpot down to Low or Warm. Season with pepper & other seasonings to taste. Remove turkey bones, leaving meat, at 4hrs.
