Spicy Crock Pot Chicken Chile Verde

Ingredients
Directions
• 2 16 ounce jars salsa verde• ½ of a jar (4 oz) of sliced jalapenos • 1 onion, diced • 3 garlic cloves • 3-4 lbs uncooked boneless, skinless chicken• 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin • 1 TB cilantro • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper• 1/4 cup water• 1 chicken bouillon cube
Put all ingredients into a crock pot
Cook on low ALL day, when you get home take it out and shred it.
Use 2 forks pull it apart , it will just easily pull apart into shredded chunks
Put back in for 1 hour, and serve with rice, or tortillas and beans.
Serving Size: Varies - heaping spoonful
