Karen's chinese soup with tofu & chicken

Ingredients
2 cans chicken broth 99% fat free4.5 cups water1/2 chicken breast, diced1/4 cup tofu, diced 1/4 small head, Chinese cabbage, sliced1 stalk celery, diced3 small baby Bok choy, sliced1/2 small onion, diced5 mushrooms, sliced1 carrot, peeled and sliced1/2 cup bean sprouts1/4 cup Chinese rice noodles (1 nest)1 tsp Sesame oilGarlic, minced
Directions
1. Prepare all food
2. Stir fry the garlic, onion, chicken, mushrooms in 1 tsp sesame oil
3. Add mixture to large soup pot, add rest of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes
