Skinny Milk Gravy

Ingredients
1 tbsp canola butter (such as Land O Lakes) 1/4 cup white flour1 cup 1% milk1/2 tsp table salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Heat canola butter in a skillet over medium high heat, when melted and slightly bubbling whisk in flour very gradually until a paste-like consistency is reached. Add milk and whisk constantly until flour mixture is dissolved and gravy forms. Remove from heat.
