Ingredients
La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 01.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded *Corn tortilla 5.50", 8 serving Tomato Sauce, .25 cup Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 2 breast, bone and skin removed Small can green chilesTaco seasoning
Directions
Cook and shred chicken, add chiles, tomato sauce, and seasoning. Add mixture to tortillas, roll up tortillas and place in pan. Cover top with enchilada sauce. Cook for 35 min. at 350. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for additional 5 min.
