Crock Pot Pork with Red Wine & Lipton soup

Ingredients
2 lbs (or 32 oz) pork loin3/4 cup (or 6 fl. oz.) red wine1 cup water3 T soy sauce1 pack Lipton Garlic Onion Soup Mix3 t minced garlic
Directions
Place pork in crock pot, add all ingredients except mined garlic. Mix to coat pork. Spread minced garlic on top of pork. Cook for 4 hours.

Serving Size: I'm guessing should serve 6 :)
