Mussels (20) with diced tomatoes with italian spices, white wine and garlic

Ingredients
Mussels 20red onion 1 slicedgarlic cloves 2 choppedWhite wine 7-8 oz2 cups of Alymers diced tomatoes.
Directions
Scrub mussels removing strings hanging out (beard).
Cook red onion (sliced) until translucent. Add other ingredients to the pot. Bring to boil and add the mussels. Cover and steam for 8-10 mins or until all are open.

Serve with fresh crusty loaf to soak up the soup.

Serving Size: Makes two servings with 10 mussels each and lots of soup
