Ingredients
* Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Red Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) (remove) * Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove) * Atlantic Salmon (fish), 1 fillet (remove) * Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz (remove) * Salt, 1 dash (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove) * Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Alright, first you take a regular frying pan put your 4 tbsp of olive oil in it put on medium heat. throw your container of mushrooms in the pan while you are chopping your onion up. throw your onion and chopped garlic in the pan with the mushrooms stir! add your wine and shrimp in, Stir! Add Shrimp after wine becomes hot also throw half your salt and pepper in. Use the rest of the salt and pepper to put on the salmon, mmm mmm. Throw your salmon on the grill till cooked. Put salmon on a plate serve topped with the shrimp onion mushroom mix mmm mmm. Tasty!

    couldn't you use a while wine and make it a little more appealing to the eye? I think I will try your recipe this weekend but use the white wine and a spoonful of pesto. Thanks for the inspiration. - 3/25/08
