Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 8oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls3 Morningstar vegetarian sausage patties, thawed and crumbled1 cup thawed shredded frozen hash browns1 cup shredded cheddar cheese3 eggs1/4 cup nonfat milksalt, pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Pat crescent rolls into a pie pan, pressing together at perforations and forming a crust. Sprinkle crumbled sausage over bottom, 1/3 of the cheese, the potatoes, and another 1/3 of the cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt, & pepper together, and carefully pour over other ingredients in pie shell. Add remaining cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes -- when center is set.
