Ingredients: Tortellini, pasta with cheese filling, 700 grams (remove)*Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing, 5 tbsp (remove)*Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove)*President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 10 cherry (remove)Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Feta Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled (remove)*Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 1 cup (remove
Directions
Cook Tortellini according to package directions.
chop up tomatoes, onions (I use half a red onion and 3 green onions), cucumber, and roasted red peppers and place them in a bowl. Add dressing, vinegar, mustard, and feta and stir.
When pasta is cooked, drain and rinse with cold water. Put in bowl and toss thoroughly. Add some fresh oregano leaves and refridgerate until chilled. Serves 8.
