Nanaberry Oatmeal

Ingredients
3-4 cups of almond coconut milk1 cup of steel cut oats1tsp of vanilla extract3 tbs of honey4 oz of unsweetened applesauce28 g of craisins1 medium banana sliced3 tsp cinnamon
Directions
In a large sauce pan add almond coconut milk, honey, cinnamon, applesauce and vanilla extract and bring to a boil. Stir in oats and reduce heat to med-low. Allow to simmer at med-low for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. After oats are done cooking, spoon mixture into a pan (i used circular 8in pie pan). Slice a medium banana and add to mixture. Add the craisins and stir just until bananas and cranberries are coated. Bake in oven for 15 mins.
