365 Organic Chicken Broth Low Sodium, 4 cupsCannellini Beans, 2 15 oz cansDiced Mild Green Chiles, 1 4 oz canWhole Tomatillos, 1 11 oz can 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added, 1 15 oz can2 Large Sweet Onions5 cloves Garlic1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 lb Ground turkey, 93% lean1 tbsp cuminPinch of Cayenne to tasteRed pepper flakes, to tasteBlack pepper to taste
Combine Tomatillos, beans, tomatoes,chilies, and broth in the slow cooker set to high.
Brown turkey with olive oil, onions, cumin, red pepper, and garlic over medium high heat.
Add turkey mixture to the slow cooker.
Let cook on high for 3 or more hours.
