Gluten Free Bacon Mac & Cheese

Tinkyada Pasta Joy Gluten Free Pasta Shells 1 16oz bag1/2 lb bacon2 C shredded cheddar cheese1 c Whipping Cream1 c nonfat milk
Preheat oven to 375 F
Cook pasta according to package directions to "al dente" texture.
While pasta is cooking, cook bacon in skillet over med-high heat, until crisp. drain on paper towels and crumble.
When pasta is done, rinse with cold water.
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Place 1/2 of pasta in pan, then sprinkle half the cheese and half the bacon over it.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Top will get crispy and golden.
Let mac & cheese rest a few minutes before serving.
Makes 9 servings, each about 1 1/2 c.
