Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
4 tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp Salt1 tsp black Pepper1 tbsp Garlic powder1 tsp Rosemary4 5" long Sweet potatoes, cleaned, with the skin on.
Directions
Cut each potato in half, and then slice them into long thin wedges. Mix the oil and spice ingredients in a large bowl, and then toss the potato wedges in the mix until they are evenly coated.
Lay the seasoned wedges on a baking pan in a single layer.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes, then flip and cook for 20 additional minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 entree-sized portions, or 8 side-dishes (calculated)
