Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
DRY INGREDIENTS3 cups oatmeal3/4 cup brown sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 tsp pumpkin pie spiceWET INGREDIENTS1 tsp. vanilla2 eggs, slightly beaten3/4 cup whole milk1/4 cup butter, melted15 oz. canned plain pumpkin (not pie filling)TOPPING2 TBS. sugar1 cup chopped walnuts2 TBS ground flax.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add wet ingredients and stir well.

Pour into greased 7X10 pan.

Make topping and sprinkle on top of oatmeal.

Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees
