Ingredients
1 package lean ground beef1 can corn kernels1 onion1 cup sliced mushroomssaltpepper1 cauliflower, cookedskim milklight margarinechivesparsley
Directions
brown meet with onions, add corn and veggies
cook cauliflower, mash by hand adding milk and margarine
assemble and place in oven for 20 minutes or until cauliflower "potatoes" are golden
