Tuna cakes

Ingredients
Two cans of chunk light tuna1tbsp olive oil1large egg1/4 cup bread crumbsChopped onionsSeasonings
Directions
Mix drained tuna, egg, bread crumbs, onions and seasonings together well.

In skillet heat oil on med. Shape tuna cakes into patties. Cook on one side for about 4 mins, flip, about 4 additional mins.

If you need additional oil, you can add and adjust recipe.
