2 large eggs1.5 cup cooked black beans, drained and rinsed4 tbsp cocoa4 tbsp chocolate PB2, prepared (4 tbsp PB2 + 2 tbsp water mixed into a paste)4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk1 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients into a blender.
Blend mixture until smooth.
Pour into a lightly greased 8 x 8 pan.
Bake for 18 – 25 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
Slice into 16 pieces-
