Slow Cookin' Pulled Chicken

Ingredients
*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1 1/2 lb. - halved*Tomato products, canned, sauce, 1 cup*Ketchup, Heinz, 1/2 cupBrown Sugar, 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp unpackedCider Vinegar, 2 tbsp plus 2 tspGarlic powder, 2 tspPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tspOptional - add 2 tbsp Stubbs Hickory Liquid Smoke
Directions
Place all ingredients except chicken in the crock pot. Stir until mixed. Add chiucken and coat well with the sauce.

Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours OR on low for 7 to 8 hours, until chicken is fully cooked.

Remove all the chicken and place it in a bowl. Shred Chicken using two forks, making thin strands. Return chicken strands to crock pot and mix fully with sauce. Serve over your favorite bread or roll.
