Ingredients
1 lb of ground turkey1 bag of boil-in-bag brown rice1 can pinto beans1 can kidney beans1 can shoepeg corn1 packet dry ranch dressing mix1 packet dry taco seasoning mix20 oz of diced tomatoes with green chilis (rotel)
Directions
Brown Turkey and drain
Cook rice according to directions on box
Add canned ingredients, taco mix and ranch mix, 33 oz of water (fill corn can 3 times), and rice
Warm
