Whole-wheat corn bread

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup yellow cornmeal1 Tbsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1 can Creamed Corn (mind held a little under 1.5 cups)1 cup Almond Milk1 Tbsp. Raw Sugar
Directions
Stir dry ingredients together. Add creamed corn and almond milk. Mix until incorporated, and then add 1 Tbsp of sugar. The sugar is optional, but I like my cornbread a little on the sweeter side. Pour into parchment lined baking dish, I used a loaf pan, and bake in a pre-heated oven at 400 F for 30 min. or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
