1/4c Plain Greek Yogurt1/4c Old Fashion Rolled Oats1 & 1/2tsp Chia Seed1/2c Non fat milk
measure and add into a half pint mason jar. Cap and put in fridge and grab each morning for my breakfast. I use a plastic reusable screw on cap for mine.
I make 6 each sunday for the following week. The extra one is for me to eat in the evening when my willpower is trying to get me to eat cookies in the evening. So I keep this on hand to grab instead.
