Hamburger Ro-tel

Ingredients
2 lb. hamburger1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper16 oz bag coleslaw mix10 oz can Ro-tel tomatoes (HOT)8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with salt and pepper; drain the fat. Add the Ro-tel tomatoes, un-drained, and the cabbage. Simmer uncovered, about 15 minutes or until the cabbage is tender. Stir occasionally. Add the cheese and stir in; heat on low until melted then stir in well.
