Broccoli, Celery and Apple salad

Ingredients
5 large stalks celery, chopped small2 cups finely chopped broccoli1/2 cup chopped green onion1 apple, with skin, chopped 6 oz of fat free Greek yogurt2 tsp splenda1 tbsp apple cider vinegar1/2 cup raisinssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine chopped celery, broccoli, green onion and chopped apple and mix.

Mix yogurt with splenda, apple cider vinegar and season to taste with salt and pepper or other seasonings of your choice and mix with salad. Stir in raisins. Refrigerate to blend flavors for at least an hour before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 4 generous servings of around 1.5 cups each.
