Sirloin Steak & Blue Cheese Salad

Dressing:1/4 cup Chobani 2% plain yogurt2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepperwater (optional)Salad6 ounces sirloin steak3 cups romaine lettuce4 thin slices red onion
Grill Steak to desired doneness. Set aside and let rest for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile mix dressing ingredients. If desired, thin with a little water.
Thinly slice steak. Place 1-1/2 cups torn romaine lettuce on each plate. Top lettuce with half the steak and half the dressing. Add a thin slice of red onion on top of each salad.
Serving Size: Divide recipe in half to make 2 servings.
