Yummy zucchini dinner

Ingredients
2 small onions halved then sliced2 green peppers halved then sliced2 medium baby zucchinis halved then sliced2 cans diced tomatos2 tablespoons e.v.o.o.salt and pepper to tasteand garlic powder to taste
Directions
Add E.V.O.O to large skillet and turn heat to medium high. Add sliced onions. Once they turn transucent then add peppers. Once peppers change color and onions start to carmelize a bit add zucchini. Then add the 2 cans of tomatoes. In the process of adding the veggies season as you go. Let this all simmer till the liquids have reduced some. Serve over rice.
*The calories are only for the zucchini dish not with rice.
