Ingredients
1.5 .bs extra-lean hamburger5 Tbsp grated Romano Cheese2 Tbsp pine nuts toasted & finely chopped1 tsp oregano3/4 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Form 4 patties. Broil 4 - 6 ministues on each side. Serve on whole grain roll with 1 Tbsp ketchup & 2 tsp mustard. Add lettuce, tomato and onion.
