2 cups egg whites (1 large carton)1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped1/2 red bell pepper, chopped1/2 onion, chopped1 cup mushrooms, sliced1/2 c kale, chopped1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash (Garlic & Herb)PAM non-stick spray
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray glass casserole dish with PAM non-stick spray
Add egg whites, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, kale
Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash seasons
Lightly swirl ingredients around to mix
Bake for 30 minutes
