1/2 cup Zsweet (or the zero-calorie sweetner of your choice)36 drops liquid Stevia1/2 cup cocoa1/4 cup coconut oil -- melted2 large eggs1/2 cup canned coconut milk2 teaspoons vanilla1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup almond meal3/4 cup flax meal, Golden1/4 cup carbalose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder1 cup hot water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix everything into a large mixing bowl and beat with electric beater slowly until incorporated, scrape sides, and then beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into bundt pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done. (knife inserted comes out clean and cake is pulling away from the sides of the pan). Let completely cool, turn out onto a plate.
