Greek Stew-crockpot

Ingredients
1 lb carrots, chunks3 stalks celery, chunks6 medium potatoes, chunks1 green pepper, chunks1 lb stew meat2 beef broth cubes2 cups water2 cups red wine1 cup frozen peas1/2 pound mushrooms
Directions
Dredge stew meat in flour. Brown meat. Place all ingredients except green pepper, peas and mushrooms in crockpot. Cook on high 5 hours. Add green peppers, peas, and mushrooms. Cook 1 more hour.
