##Egg Busters (wegmans) 1/4 cup, 0.5 cup (remove)##Granulated Sugar, .33 cup (remove)##Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 6 tsp (remove)##Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)##*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)##Salt, 1 dash (remove)##Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)##Butter, unsalted, 6 tbsp (remove)
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
In a large bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, lemon zest, juice, vanilla and salt until well blended
with a rubber spatula gently fold flour and baking powder into egg mixture
mix in butter
cool and serve
