can of sweet corncan of creamed corn1/2 red bell pepper1/2 green bell pepper2 tbsp red pepper flakes1 cup chopped celery
Directions
chop bell peppers and celery.

saute in small to medium sized pot.

add corn and red pepper flakes.

simmer til warmed through.

makes 8 1/2-cup servings
