2 Bananas1/4 c 60% Ghiradelli Cacao Chips2 Tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter1 Tbsp Chopped Almond 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (yes I used Olive Oil, not coconut)Pinch of Sea Salt
Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Chop bananas 1" thick. Put 1 tsp of Peanut Butter between two of the slices. Chill for about an hour. Melt Chips and Oil in 15 sec increments in the micro wave, stirring every 15 secs. Drizzle a tsp full over each until chocolate is gone. Smash whole almonds with a mallet in a plastic bag, drizzle over each banana. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over all. Store in the freezer until ready to eat.
Great for a snack. I like them!
