2 Pkgs of low fat cream cheese (softened)1/2 cup fat free sour cream1/2 salsa1/2 cup red pepper, finely chopped1 cup shredded cheese14 whole wheat tortilla wraps
Mix cream cheese and sour cream together until well blended. Stir in sals, peppers and cheese. Spread mixture over wraps and roll. Place in fridge for 1 hr to harden. Cut into pinwheels and serve.
