Cesar Salad, Paleo style

Ingredients
3 Tbls. Lemon Juice1 Tin (18 fillets) of Anchovie Fillets1 egg6 Tbls. Avacado Oil6 Tbls. Olive Oil9 cups shredded Romaine Lettice
Directions
Put lemon juice, egg, and anchovies in a food processor and blend till smooth. While food processor is going add avacado oil and olive oil just a few drips at a time. Once all oil is mixed in, poor over 9 cups of shreded Romaine Lettice. Then toss and add any ingredients desired such as chicken (additional ingredients are not calculated in this recipe).
