2 TB Penzey peppercorn dressing base8 TB water4 TB blue cheese crumbles1 cup daisy light sour cream.
Soak 2 TB Penzey peppercorn dressing base in 8 TB water for 5 min. Add 4 TB blue cheese crumbles and 1 cup daisy light sour cream. Mix well and store in an airtight container. Best salad dressing ever!

This is very good! The ingredients do not match the directions though. I used 2 tbsp of Penzey Peppercorn dressing mix with 4 tbsps of water. After it soaked for awhile I added two tbsp of Blue Cheese and 8 oz. of Daisy Light Sour Cream. Overnight in the fridge firmed this up. Will make again. - 4/27/15

Thanks so much for your comment. I'm glad you like it. It's a favorite at our house. I updated the directions to match the ingredients - thanks for letting me know. I use 2 tbsp of mix with 8 tbsp of water to make it thinner -- I'm sure half the water and a thicker dressing is good too. Enjoy!
