Garlic Chicken and Zucchini

Ingredients
2 boneless/skinless chicken breast1 Medium to Large Zucchini1 Medium to Large Summer Squash1/2 Lemon (sliced)Garlic SaltOnion PowderAluminum foil (2 pieces)
Directions
Makes 2 Servings

Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray

Slice Zucchini and Summer squash into 1/4 inch pieces. Place half of zucchini and half of squash onto each sheet of foil. Place chicken breast on top. Sprinkle garlic salt and onion powder on both sides of chicken and on zucchini and squash. Place 1 1/4 slice of lemon on top of chicken. Wrap up in foil. Cook at 400 for 30 minutes.

Can be eaten alone or if you have extra calories for the day you can mix it with angel hair pasta.
