pumpkin chocolate chip muffins

Ingredients
1 heaping cup pumpkin puree 2 eggs1/4 cup Greek yogurt (2%)1 apple shredded1/3 cup water1 tsp. Vanilla extract1/4 cup sugar1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup almond flour1/4 cup flax meal1 cup whole wheat flour3/4 tsp baking soda1 Tbls. Pumpkin pie spice (Penzeys preferably)1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions
Gently mix 1st 8 ingredients. In a separate bowl whisk all the rest of the ingredients. Add dry to wet 1/2 cup at a time. Mix low just until combined. I used my stand mixer on stir. Prepare muffin tin with spray. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Check at 20 minutes with a toothpick.
