  • Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
1 - 32 oz turkey breast roast (I used a frozen butterball)1 - 10.75 oz can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup1/2 Cup Chicken broth1/2 Cup Water
Directions
1. Place Turkey Roast into crock pot skin side up (I left netting on
2. Add Cream of Celery Soup, Water & Chicken Broth
4. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-8 hours
5. Cut netting and skin off & throw away
6. Portion out

I used a scale to measure out the meat after it was cooked and the skin removed and it ended up being 4.5 oz of meat for 6 portions and I evenly distributed the gravy (celery soup, drippings, water, & chicken broth from slow cooker) ended up being about 5 tablespoons of soup/gravy mix for each container. This was fantastic with a microwaved red potato.

Serving Size: about 4.5 oz meat (cooked) + gravy mixture from soup
