Ingredients
*Wheat flour, 1 cup *Flour, white, 1 cupBaking Soda, 2 tsp*Stevia Blend for Baking, 6 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 8 tbspApple Sauce-Natural-no sugar added4oz), *Apple 2 cups choppedVanilla Extract, 2 tsp *Fisher Chef’s Naturals Pecan Chips 2 tblsGrated Carrots 2/3 cup.
Directions
Add all dry ingredients and wet ingredients into 2 separate bowls, Mix each and then combine and mix until combined, Do not over mix
Add to muffin cups and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until done,
